How do I book?
You can book directly through our website using our reservation system. A deposit is required to secure your date.
Are your items safe for kids?
Yes, but adult supervision is always required. Renters are responsible for safe use during the event.
What happens if it rains?
We understand weather can be unpredictable. In many cases, we allow rescheduling based on availability. Please refer to our cancellation policy.
What happens if something gets damaged?
The renter is responsible for any damage, loss, or theft during the rental period.
Do you deliver and set up?
Yes! We handle delivery, setup, and pickup so you can focus on enjoying your event.
Can I cancel my booking?
Yes, but cancellation terms depend on timing. Deposits may be non-refundable within a certain window before your event.
How long is the rental period?
Standard rentals are for the duration of your event day. Specific timing will be confirmed at booking.
Do I need to clean the items before return?
Basic cleaning is expected. Please remove food, trash, or debris. Excessive cleaning may result in a fee.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept major payment methods through our booking system.

We are building our inventory weekly, however the planning people in the world do reserve in advance. So, if you see something you know you want for your event, don’t wait until the last minute!
